As the Owner and Clinical Therapist of Revive Counseling, I provide education-based therapeutic treatment for clients struggling with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, chronic pain/illness, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. I have over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health counseling, and I hold a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, where I specialized in Direct Practice in Mental Health and Substance Abuse. My approach to therapy is empathetic, holistic, and person-centered, with an emphasis on evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Exposure Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Mindfulness. I also hold certifications in Integrative Mental Health and ADHD Clinical Services, which enable me to offer comprehensive and tailored care to my clients. My mission is to help my clients achieve their goals, overcome their challenges, and improve their quality of life.
